The Playground Model™

Imagine a playground. It might have a slide, swings, a sandbox, or a horse on a spring. It might be in the heart of the city or nestled in a rural neighborhood. Now imagine being at that playground. Are you the first down the slide? Maybe you want to swing, but all the swings are full. Do you wait for a turn, or choose to ride the spring horse or dig in the sandbox with a friend? Perhaps the playground equipment and the people don’t interest you and your attention is drawn more to the sound of the wind or the sight of the clouds floating by.  Regardless of your attraction to the playground, it is an amazing place. It offers opportunities – chances to think, make friends, play familiar games, or simply move freely. No matter the location or appearance, all playgrounds are places where the possibilities are endless.

Similar to a physical playground is the playground in your mind™. It too is a place of endless possibility. A place that provides you with everything you need to learn what you want to learn. When you understand how you learn, developing new skills and understanding concepts can be done with ease. And, by capitalizing on your preferences and learning habits, you can approach each learning challenge with a sense of clarity and confidence.
